So, um, spent the past two days listening to the One Piece Nico Nico Medley that feriowind so very kindly pointed me in the direction of. (for those of you not familiar, it is a fan recording - by impersonators of the seiyuu &hearts - of a bunch of songs with lyrics rewritten to tell the story of One Piece from the beginning to Enies Lobby)

And uh...I may have listened to the "Usopp leaves the crew" part...a bit more than strictly healthy. This plus talking to naye about that part in the story made me want to watch the anime of it.

um...oww

None of this was helped, of course, by the fact that I ficced it! >_<


So...feeling kind of...raw inside right now.

This was all resolved and fixed before I started reading the manga! It ends well! I know it ends well! It should NOT be having this effect on me! =_=;

Uh. Either the English dub is a dubbed version of something entirely different than the Mini Chorus Version (the one we've been listening to), or it's just not. A dub. The little I could hear of the lyrics were following the same general story (of One Piece!), but without any of the specifics in the Japanese lyrics. *g*
