THERE IS JUST TOO MUCH OF AN 'AWWWW' FACTOR IN THIS.
Isn't Ace just so fun to write about? I love it <3 I especially like your style of writing. It's really effective and just makes the situation all the more cute.
Not sure if there's really a reason to Luffy being so sad (scared even), but I just had a feeling that whenever Garp came to take Ace training, Luffy would be the cutest little thing ever and just be depressed about not seeing his brother for a few hours - heck, days even, knowing Garp. Maybe that's why he's so happy when he finally gets to go <3
Also, love how you threw a canon line in. Just makes the drabble all the more...idk, pleasing.
