Yeah, I can drive Standard

Guys, I can drive standard now.


To anyone who learned how to drive on a Standard... well, frankly I'm in awe, and also this will probably sound pretty lame. (We don't do manual transmission in North America... at least, not most people. Most cars are automatic ^^; )

Disclaimer aside, my daddy has taught me how to drive Standard and tonight we went and practiced on hills - and I can now drive anywhere!


And it's getting kind of fun too - I used to hate driving, and driving Standard was scary on top on what was already stressful for me. But I'm growing to like it. :D

YAY! someone else has joined the ranks of manual drivers! our numbers have dwindled greatly but there's still hope for take over :3 but learning was scary....
