It's a webcomic called minus (no capital) about a girl called minus (no capital).
I can't say enough good things about it, except that it's weird and beautiful and hilarious and cute and just... guh. Go read.
If the rec alone isn't enough for you: minus has reality-warping powers, and while each strip is usually a stand-alone, there are a few story-arcs. Like: minus, warrior queen of the ants.
