FMA Chapter 102, Arakawa is eeeevil <3
Um, don't have much to say on it except - anyone want to flail/gasp/fan over Arakawa's delicious evil for this latest chapter?
I barely watched the first anime, but I was aware that Roy lost one eye at the end of it, so when Pride was going on about "wonder what you'll lose, muahaha" I thought "if he loses that eye, I will laugh so hard" - I mean, Arakawa told the anime people stuff so it was plausible.
Oh god, Arakawa. You genius woman.
He doesn't lose an eye.
He loses his eyesight!!!

And his reaction. And Ed's reaction.
Arakawa is evil. She is brilliant and evil and it's heartbreaking.
and Father's sum up: A man with a grand vision to save his country loses his eyesight, forever unable to see what his beloved country will become.
and Pride's smug little "Have you become blind? Splendid." He's falling apart though.
And oh Al. Oh Al.

Gives up on his body (for the moment) so he can fight with everyone he cares about.
...only he's walking right back into the trap.
