I &hearts Law irrationally also... except I think it might not be so irrational because I'm starting to suspect Oda deliberately introduced him sympathetically. Possibly to act as a foil to Kidd and his "I keel people" shtick.
To sum:
-Bepo -the laid back attitude -Bepo -flipping off Kidd that. was. hilarious! -Bepo -rescuing the Fishman slave and giving part of the credit to Luffy -Bepo
...okay, I &hearts Bepo irrationally, but it can't be a coincidence that Oda gave Law the funny, fuzzy, bear in a jumpsuit subordinate and gave Kidd... Killer. :p
But I'm glad you think it's in-character! :D I love Oda's introductions of his characters, he always manages to say so much in so little. &hearts&hearts
